“It’s not about infringement, it’s about EA completely butchering an amazing piece of literature.” Really? This is why Dante’s Inferno is such a travesty? EA has somehow managed to destroy the legacy of a 700 year old master work…get tha f@!*& outta here! The sad thing is there are people out there actually spouting that crap. Look, Dante’s Inferno is a blatant rip of God of War…but who cares. We’ve known this ever since the first videos were released, so why are all the fanboys panties in a bunch now? It kind of pisses me off when these quasi intellectuals wax poetic about the dumbest ish ever…sometimes I wish they would get tea bagged by some old cardboard box dwelling vagrant. Hughes Brothers to Direct Akira?

Source:Vulture, Super Hero Hype: Vulture is reporting The Huges Brothers ( The Book Of Eli, Menace to Society) are negotiating to direct the Warner Bros. live action adaptation of the Akira manga. The script is written by Iron Man screenwriters Mark Fergus and Hawk Ostby. It is to be produced by Appian Way (Leonardo DiCaprio) along with Andrew Lazar (upcoming Jonah Hex.) It’s stated that Warner Bros. is planning to make Akira in two parts, Splitting the movies between the 6 issues of the manga wityh the first movie being based off of the first three.Popularity: 2% [?] Continue Reading

When I was about 7years old my uncle showed me my first comic book, it was Marvel comics Incredible Hulk. From the moment I laid eyes on the colorful pages and read the bubble text I was hooked; A character who got stronger the angrier he got, the ultimate big brat who couldn’t be stopped, AWESOME! Fast forward many years later and the Hulk has become a pop culture phenomenon spawning a hit 70′s T.V. show, two big Hollywood movies and an animated double feature (Hulk VS). Marvel comics animated features of late have been OK at best. The Avengers animated movies were by far some of, if not the best of the animated movies Marvel has made…until now. Continue Reading
